Intellectual property

We protect our customers’ and our own intellectual properties (IPs) primarily by maintaining strict control over the use of production processes. We also rely on confidentiality procedures and contractual provisions to protect IPs in cases where the technology is not patented or patentable. All of our employees are required to execute confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements with us when their employment begins. 

 

In addition, we conclude Non-disclosuret Agreements for each Custom Manufactuing Project, only the personnel associated with the project has access to the related IPs to prevent unintended disclosure.

EHS

We regard Environment, Health and Safety as an important operational and social responsibility. We have consistently endeavored to maintain and improve our environmental, health and safety systems to try to maintain among the highest standards of chemical manufacturers based in China and to respond rapidly and effectively to all regulatory developments requiring more stringent standards.

Compliance

Compliance refers to all activities designed to ensure that the conduct of the company, members of its governance bodies and its employees respect all statutory and in-house regulations. In addition to this, our aim is to ensure that our business activities are aligned to our values and to moral and ethical principles.
